TARRYTOWN, NY--For seventeen
years now, the Westchester
Antiquarian Book and Ephemera Fair
has been held at the lovely
Westchester Marriott Hotel at 670
White Plains Road (Route 119) in
Tarrytown, New York.  This season
the popular one-day fair will be held
on Sunday, February 5, 2006, and
will highlight several exhibitors from
seven states and Canada in the
Grand Ballroom of the luxurious hotel
from 10:00am until 4:00pm.  This
fair has consistently drawn large
crowds of attendees and remains the
highlight of book and ephemera fairs
in the area around New York City.
Admission to the fair is just $6.00 or
$5.50 with any advertisement for this
fair.
  The Westchester Fair offers an
outstanding array of rare and out-of-
print books, first editions, illustrated
and children’s books, posters, prints
and paintings, maps, trade cards,
postcards, historical and advertising
ephemera, autographs, photography,
magazines and more.  From the
access hallway to the far reaches of
the large exhibition hall, exhibitors
mount incredible displays of books
and ephemera in practically every
category or subject area.  This is
truly the fair for the seasoned
collector searching for an obscure
item, or the beginner who is trying to
learn as much as possible about this
increasingly popular segment of
antiques collecting.
